Job Summary

As a Partner-First Private at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients. You will work closely with the Private Banking team to provide personalized financial solutions and services to meet the unique needs of our clients. Your primary goal will be to deepen relationships with existing clients and acquire new clients through referrals and networking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals to understand their financial goals and needs
  • Provide personalized financial solutions and services to clients, including investment management, wealth planning, and credit solutions
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing clients
  • Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and other business development activities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the bank
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to provide the best advice to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines

Qualifications
