Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Principal Solution Architect to join our team in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing innovative solutions using IT software.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient architectures that meet customer needs.
Develop and maintain technical documentation of solution designs and implementations.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members on best practices and emerging trends.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution offerings.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IT software development principles, patterns, and practices.
Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
Strong attention to detail and ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
