Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement scalable analytics solutions using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Platform Analytics modules.
Lead performance tuning initiatives across the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal response times and system reliability.
Design and develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Collaborate with platform architects, developers, and business analysts to define data models and analytics strategies.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and analytics developers on best practices and architectural decisions.
Drive innovation by integrating AI/ML capabilities into analytics workflows where applicable.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all analytics implementations.
Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance benchmarking.

Required Experience

12+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITSM, GRC, HRMS, platform development.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Performance Analytics, Platform Analytics, or Operational Intelligence in ServiceNow.
Proven experience in JavaScript, GlideScript, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including CMDB, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization tools.
Familiarity with AI/ML integration in analytics workflows is a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
