Job Description

Job Title:

Oracle EPM Consultant

Location : pan india

Experience: 6 - 15 Years

We are seeking an experienced

Oracle EPM Consultant/Architect

who will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient EPM cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have led multiple end-to-end transformation programs across industries and contributed to business growth through innovative solutions and pre-sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement solutions using
Oracle EPM Cloud
tools (EPBCS, ARCS, PCMCS, EDMCS, FCCS, etc.).
Lead and deliver complex
Enterprise Performance Management
transformation projects across industries such as Finance, Retail, CPG, Logistics, and the Public Sector.
Design and develop
industry-specific accelerators
, tools, and reusable templates to optimize delivery and reduce implementation time.
Contribute to
pre-sales activities
by creating
proposals, estimations, and GTM materials
for internal and external stakeholders.
Develop
Go-To-Market (GTM) flyers
, internal collaterals, and business value propositions.
Generate new business opportunities through innovative solutioning and value-based client engagement.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure best practices in
Oracle EPM cloud delivery
.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in
Oracle EPM Cloud architecture and implementation
.
Strong technical and functional expertise in one or more of the following: EPBCS, ARCS, PCMCS, EDMCS, FCCS.
Proven experience in
pre-sales, estimation, and project delivery
.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, client engagement, and leadership capabilities.
