Job Summary

As a Principal Product Consultant specializing in SAP PLM you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our industrial manufacturing clients. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will leverage your extensive experience to deliver innovative solutions that enhance product lifecycle management. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing processes and achieving strategic business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of SAP PLM solutions to streamline product lifecycle processes for industrial manufacturing clients.
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP PLM functionalities and best practices to enhance client operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to align SAP PLM solutions with client business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and tailor solutions to address specific challenges.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower client teams with SAP PLM knowledge and skills.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Analyze client feedback and incorporate insights into continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support clients in optimizing their use of SAP PLM to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance SAP PLM capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies. Qualifications
  • Possess a deep understanding of SAP PLM functionalities and their application in industrial manufacturing.
