Role Overview: As the Principal Learning Content Strategist Customer Experience (CX) at Oracle University, you will play a crucial role in supporting OU products, curating online subscription material aligned with the CX Product Strategy, and contributing to the development and recording of training content. Your responsibilities will include discovering, proposing, designing, and prototyping new teaching methods and content for all audiences within Oracle University for CX educational offerings. Your role will involve driving transformation, innovation, and best practices for Oracle University products and services while ensuring strategic alignment, rollout, and execution of CX related educational offerings and programs within the Oracle University ecosystem. You must be eager to learn technology to support and deliver training using modern learning techniques in a fast-paced market and environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop relationships with Product Development teams to embed training strategy in product planning and release cycles - Align with Product Development and OU teams to develop and maintain training content roadmap planning - Work with strategic partners across multiple departments at Oracle to understand customer journey and implementation lifecycle methodologies - Ensure adequate coverage of OU CX Learning Subscription content in alignment with CX Product Development, CSS, and OU priorities - Monitor research and competitive landscape to recommend best solutions and ensure products remain best in class - Improve content impact and effectiveness through user research studies, benchmark analysis, and competitive research - Drive and participate in content/curriculum proof of concept and design prototypes for validation and feedback - Foster collaboration with Oracle University team members to drive value and resolve impediments - Advocate for the end user and stakeholder by understanding learner needs and working with Product Development teams - Contribute to learning activities around modern content design approaches and core practices Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Customer Experience (CX) applications - Practical knowledge and consulting field experience with several Oracle Cloud Applications technologies including Sales, Service, and Marketing - Expertise in a specific Oracle CX Cloud technology environment, preferably with 2+ Oracle CX Cloud products - Experience in client-facing roles and interacting with customers in various stages of the implementation lifecycle - Soft skills such as balancing stakeholders, business insight, collaboration, effective communication, innovation, customer focus, and more - Comfortable working in a global setting Note: The company information provided in the JD has been omitted for brevity.,
