Job Description

Role Overview: Sabre, the global leader in innovative technology within the travel industry, is seeking a Principal Business Operations expert. You will have the opportunity to work in a challenging global team environment, utilizing technology, business intelligence, analytics, and Agile practices to address complex problems for airline, hotel, and travel agency customers. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze workforce data and forecast staffing needs - Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the right people, skills, location, and resources are in place to achieve company goals - Partner with senior leaders in product and engineering, vendor management, and finance to deliver the annual investment plan - Develop workforce business case models and provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders - Shape strategy, influence decisions, and prepare presentations for senior management - Support the annual investment prioritization process from a workforce planning perspective Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years related experience with knowledge of project management principles - Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Queries, SQL preferred - Experience with Qlik, Power BI, or similar tools is preferred Preferred Skills: - Strong financial and workforce planning skills with the ability to think strategically - Attention to detail and the ability to extract key action items from large datasets - Capacity to work across functions, influence change, and drive results - Proficiency in computer software applications - Positive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for exceeding expectations - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent verbal, written, and virtual communication skills - Creative and logical problem-solving abilities - Drive for meeting timeline requirements with attention to detail and quality - Flexibility in work schedule and thought processes - Team-oriented, can-do attitude - Sound judgment, planning, organization, and relationship-building skills - Effectiveness in facilitating meetings both virtually and in person with internal and external participants,
