Associate Business & Analytics Engineer

As a Service Delivery Engineer I at Sabre, you will be responsible for managing Airline Solutions (AS) Radixx go, Sabre Sonic Check-in, Digital Workspace, Interact, and Kiosk Delivery activities for multiple airlines. You will collaborate with internal Sabre teams and airline customers to prepare, validate, and support product changes and activations. Your role will involve interfacing with Sabre's product team to ensure future releases meet customer needs and that documentation is accurate. Your responsibilities will include effective communication with employees and executives, troubleshooting reported issues, and collaborating with different teams to resolve them promptly. Additionally, you will conduct Health Checks for the mentioned products with customers, participate in calls with airlines to review reported issues, and meet with the Project Management team to discuss progress and potential escalations. To excel in this role, you should have knowledge of airport operations, experience with departure control systems such as Radixx go or Sabre Sonic Check-in, familiarity with user interfaces like Interact Airports and digital workspace, basic skills in tools like GitHub and Oracle database, and strong communication and customer-facing abilities.
