Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead the school’s academic, administrative, and operational functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a student-centric approach, and a track record of managing academic excellence in alignment with CBSE norms. Eligibility Criteria Postgraduate degree in any discipline (mandatory) B.Ed. degree from a recognized university (mandatory) Minimum 5 years of experience as a Vice Principal, Headmistress , or in a senior academic/administrative leadership role Experience in CBSE school environment preferred Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership Oversee the implementation of CBSE curriculum and ensure compliance with all academic regulations Monitor teaching standards, learning outcomes, and academic performance across all grades Promote integration of value-based and activity-oriented teaching methods Administrative Management Supervise daily operations, including admissions, staff recruitment, and infrastructure maintenance Develop and execute school policies and SOPs in coordination with the school management Ensure adherence to all CBSE affiliation and regulatory norms Team Development Mentor and support faculty and staff through continuous training, performance reviews, and team-building initiatives Foster a positive and collaborative school culture Student Affairs Ensure discipline, safety, and emotional well-being of all students Promote inclusive education and student engagement through co-curricular and extracurricular activities Parent & Community Engagement Build effective communication channels with parents, guardians, and external stakeholders Represent the school at education forums, CBSE events, and community programs Key Skills Required Strong leadership and decision-making ability Effective communication and interpersonal skills Deep understanding of academic planning and school administration Familiarity with CBSE policies, evaluation systems, and inspections Conflict resolution and team management Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
