We’re building India’s most advanced, AI-powered wealth platform that unifies investments, advice, and intelligence into one seamless experience for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and relationship managers.
We’re now looking for a Principal Engineer to be the architectural backbone of our platform — someone who thrives on designing large-scale distributed systems, loves clean code, and obsesses over performance, reliability, and modularity.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the architecture and development of microservices-based wealth modules — from onboarding to transactions and analytics.
• Build secure, high-performance APIs that connect investment products like MF, PMS, AIF, and Bonds into one unified ecosystem.
• Drive engineering excellence across observability, scalability, and automation.
• Collaborate with AI and data teams to bring LLM-powered intelligence into client workflows.
• Mentor and guide engineers to push the limits of platform performance and design clarity.
What You Bring
• 10–15 years of experience in modern backend engineering, with deep expertise in Go, Node.js, or Rust.
• Strong foundation in microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Exposure to AI / Data / RAG architectures or a strong interest in learning them.
• Pragmatic, product-first mindset — someone who ships with purpose and builds for scale.
