Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will act as the Guardian of the End-to-End Flow across two distinct industrial landscapes: our emerging $200M S/4HANA Public Cloud unit and our established $6B Legacy ECC core. Each day, you will look beyond the ERP to orchestrate the broader ecosystemconnecting CRM, PLM, MES, TMS, and WMS into a cohesive digital backbone. You will move beyond functional silos, guiding Domain Leads to design friction-free value streams that independently maximize the operational throughput of both environments.
This role is contributing to the ABB Electrification Business Area Installation Products Division Globally .
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Shaping the End-to-End Ecosystem Strategy: Defining the target architecture for the full operational stack (ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, WMS, TMS) within two distinct landscapes: the $200M S/4HANA Public Cloud unit and the $6B Legacy ECC core. You are responsible for ensuring each environment is optimized for its specific business model.
- Orchestrating Cross-Domain Execution: Leading the technical alignment between functional domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) to ensure that individual system configurations support the broader "Life of a Transaction." You ensure the "Red Thread" of the business process remains unbroken from the CRM lead to the WMS shipment.
- Defining Technical Blueprints & Standards: Creating the authoritative solution designs for complex cross-system flows. You will define how satellite systems (e.g., Siemens MES, Blue Yonder WMS, Salesforce) integrate with the ERP core to maximize throughput and data integrity.
- Acting as the Design Authority: exercising the authority to approve or reject solution proposals from domain teams or system integrators. You serve as the "Guardian of the Flow," rejecting siloed customizations that solve a local problem but introduce friction into the wider end-to-end process.

Qualifications for the role:
- You are highly skilled in end-to-end process modeling (Signavio) and hybrid cloud integration, and you enjoy working with the complexities of the global manufacturing and supply chain sector.
- Have a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems with 10+ years of experience in Enterprise & Solution Architecture, specifically within complex, SAP-centric hybrid environments.
- Ability to demonstrate executive-level communication skills, with a proven capability to present complex architectural strategies to diverse audiences ranging from deep technical expert owners to the CEO and CFO.
- Proven ability to translate business strategies into scalable technology roadmaps, combined with a hands-on, execution-focused mindsetyou are comfortable prototyping solutions, validating integration logic, and overseeing the physical build to ensure the roadmap becomes reality.
- Understanding of AI and automation architectures, specifically focusing on how AI agents can be orchestrated across legacy and modern systems to drive process efficiency.
- Working as a Lead Architect with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, legacy ECC, and integrated satellite ecosystems (CRM, WMS, TMS).
- Proven ability to partner closely with Data & Analytics Architects, ensuring that end-to-end process designs align with enterprise data governance and reporting standards, creating a unified digital backbone.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite and process mining technologies.
- You are passionate about modernization and simplification, and you are innovative around bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution.
- You are at ease communicating in English (fluency required for global orchestration). You hold current work authorization valid in your country.
