• Azure Certified Solutions Architect
• 10-12+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure management, and software development. (5+ Experience in leading team)
• Bachelors Engineering Qualification
• Proven experience working on large-scale ecommerce projects.
• Hands-on expertise in technologies such as Kafka, in-memory databases, Aerospike, MongoDB Atlas, Kubernetes (K8s), and Akamai.
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices in cloud environments.
• Ability to provide support during nights or weekends for critical issues (P0).
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a larger team.
• Experience driving governance initiatives and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Proficiency in release management processes, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience in implementing DR
• Experience in Linux and Python
• Experience leading agile/scrum ceremonies and driving agile adoption within teams.
• Infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
