Job Description

What You Bring

5-7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, applied ML, or advanced analytics.

Proven ability to independently define problems, choose appropriate methods, and deliver measurable business impact.

Strong experience with exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical modeling.

Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn; PySpark or similar is a plus).

Experience working with large historical datasets; exposure to time-series, forecasting, or behavioral modeling is preferred.

Experience building interpretable scoring systems, risk models, or insights frameworks that are used by non-technical stakeholders.

Strong communication skills: able to explain complex analysis in simple terms for product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Comfort operating as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with minimal supervision.

Experience in incentive compensation, HR analytics, sales analytics, or financial data is a plus but not required.
