In this role, should have Hands on experience on Cloud SaaS applications like OneTrust, Monday.com, Inkling, Smart Agreement Suite and management experience in Ethics and Compliance domain with Global Stakeholders

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, industry best practices, and compliance with relevant regulations in all project deliverables.
• Having knowledge of Microsoft Azure and ServiceNow is an add on
• Ability to work independently as SME to support Global IT business stakeholders and in teams to ensure end-to-end service delivery
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to foster a shared understanding and commitment to objectives.
• Strategic thinker with operational agility, able to manage dynamic priorities and adapt quickly in high pressure environments
• Analytical and solution oriented, skilled at assessing business impacts and presenting actionable options.
• Flexible and globally collaborative, comfortable working across time zones
• Should be able to identify, lead and drive automation initiatives to streamline process on cloud SaaS applications.
• Steering Team Leadership: Lead meetings and plan reviews to guide the team. Maintain communication with stakeholders and meet customer objectives.
• Resource Management: Mentor and lead a team of 5 + people. Promote effective teamwork and collaboration to increase team output
• Should be able to work on documentation of SOPs, DDS, and knowledge Articles and so on.
