Job Description

Experience - 5 - 15 years Job location - Chennai/Bangalore Job Summary: This role would requiredesigning, configuring, and developing new business processes, enhancingexisting solution in SAP Finance & Controlling within the purview of globaltemplate, and supporting existing SAP Fiori/UI5 based custom-built solutions integratedwith SAP. The candidate should have a good understanding of Finance and Costingprocesses in SAP. The candidate should have experience in full lifecycleimplementation as well as support and enhancement projects. Should have theability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time. Shouldbe a good team player who can effectively interact with business and IT teams. Job Description: Implement Change Requests& Projects as per best practices within agreed timelines/SLAs Conduct workshops, gatherrequirements, finalize scope, configure, design & deploy best-fit solutions Lead cross functionalteam(s) to deliver projects Deploy right testingapproach and perform testing diligently covering both positive and negativescenarios Support business users inperforming UAT and obtain sign-off Manage production releasesvia Solution Manager (ChaRM) Prepare and maintainvarious project documentation, Provide regular production support Conduct end user trainingincluding creation/maintenance of training material Handle data migration andcutover activities, familiarity with LSMW and other tools Engage with internalproject governance teams to ensure excellence in delivery and quality. Connect and managestakeholder expectations, Conduct regular status reviews with business teams. Profile Description: Graduate or Postgraduatewith 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO module Excellent domain/subjectmatter expertise in finance & related sub modules, product costing,material ledger and actual costing Exposure to account-basedCO-PA, Cost Center, and internal order functionalities Good knowledge of crossmodule integration with SD, MM, WM, PP, PM, PS etc., Exposure to 3rd partyinterfaces, IDOC/ED etc., Experience in both standardand custom Fiori/UI5 applications Experience in at least 2full lifecycle end-to-end implementation projects Experience in productionsupport, continuous improvements & enhancement projects Experience in at least 1project in process industry would be an advantage. Conversant with varioustesting phases/cycles a project across systems Exposure to a GlobalTemplate environment will be an added advantage Certification in SAP ECC orS/4 HANA FICO preferred Team player and enjoyworking in a team-oriented environment Team player with stronganalytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work under tight schedule Willingness to work indifferent time zones Flexible to domestic and/orinternational travel (short, informed trips) based on business need
