We are seeking an experienced
Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
with a strong background in implementing and supporting Time and Labor
(TL) and Absence Management
modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and a proven track record of working on full-cycle implementations, business process analysis, configuration, testing, and user support. Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Time and Labor (TL) and Absence Management modules for clients.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and configure solutions that meet the clients needs.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to gather functional requirements and document business processes.
- Configure TL and Absence modules in Oracle HCM Cloud to meet organizational requirements.
- Set up absence types, accrual policies, time entry rules, and approval hierarchies within the application.

Testing and Validation:
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) for TL and Absence Management configurations.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues during testing and provide solutions to ensure the system meets functional specifications.

End-User Support and Training:
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations of the Time and Labor and Absence Management modules.
- Prepare and deliver end-user training materials and conduct training sessions for client teams.

System Integration and Data Migration:
- Work with technical teams to integrate Time and Labor and Absence Management modules with other HCM or ERP modules (eg, Payroll, Benefits, HR, etc).
- Assist in data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with new releases, features, and best practices for Oracle HCM.
- Work with clients to recommend and implement process improvements using Oracle Cloud functionality.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Document functional designs, configurations, and process flows related to Time and Labor and Absence Management.
- Provide regular status reports to the project manager and ensure the timely delivery of milestones.
Key Requirements:

Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, specifically with the
Time and Labor
and Absence Management
modules. - Experience in at least
2-3 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
(or large-scale upgrades) is required.

Skills:
- Strong understanding of
Oracle HCM Cloud
functionality, especially related to Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Workforce Management. - In-depth knowledge of absence types, time entry rules, absence accrual policies, timecards, schedules, and absence approvals.
- Proficient in working with integration tools and understanding the integration points between HCM modules.
- Ability to understand and map complex business processes into Oracle solutions.
- Experience with
Oracle OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
and BIP (BI Publisher)
reporting is a plus.

- bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Time and Labor and Absence Management modules.
