Practitioners experience (`on the ground understanding Agile/DevOps etc.) 4. Strong communication skill client conversations, PPT/presentations etc. 5. Innovative mindset to apply knowledge and converting it into tangible offerings/solutions 6. Ability to learn new things quickly & ability to work across new areas and lesser known territories Responsibilities: Develop offerings/solutions proactively based on market research, personal experiences and stakeholder inputs Create solutions for client specific pursuits where domain depth is high and emerging tech plays important role Network effectively to bring best of TechM to the clients and sales teams External publications blogs, Whitepapers and POVs Interactions/presentations with clients and Analyst/Advisory firms for pursuits and other solutions/marketing topics KPIs: Winning new business, opening new accounts Effectiveness of offerings/solutions as `door opener strategy and differentiation TechM brand improvement through publications, external seminars and other analyst/advisory interactions
