Role & responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise architecture and design scalable, secure full-stack solutions using Java and modern frameworks.
• Drive modernization from legacy systems to cloud-native, microservices-based architectures.
• Architect AWS-based solutions ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Design event-driven systems and data integration using Kafka.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and cloud migration strategies.
• Mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; master’s preferred.
• 14–20 years of experience in software architecture and engineering.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React/Vue).
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native development.
• Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for containerization and orchestration.
• Skilled in Kafka for event-driven architecture and data streaming.
• Experienced in application modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Proven leadership in managing large teams and delivering complex projects.
• Preferred: AWS certification and familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
