Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Principal position located in Hojai, Assam. The Principal will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an educational institution, ensuring academic excellence, and fostering a positive learning environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing curriculum implementation, managing faculty and staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and building strong relationships with community stakeholders. The Principal will also lead initiatives to promote innovation in education and support students' overall development.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills, including team building and conflict resolution
• Experience in educational administration, curriculum development, and staff supervision
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to promoting academic excellence and fostering a positive learning environment
• Proven ability to implement time-bound and efficient education-related projects
• Understanding of educational policies, compliance requirements, and stakeholder engagement
• A Master's degree in Education or a related field is required; additional certifications in educational management or leadership are a plus
• Prior experience as a Principal or in a similar leadership role in the education sector is highly desirable
• Willingness to reside and work full-time on-site in Hojai, Assam
