Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Principal role located in Dhampur. The Principal will oversee the academic and administrative operations of the school, ensuring a productive and supportive environment for both staff and students. Responsibilities will include curriculum development, teacher supervision, student discipline, and maintaining strong communication with parents and the school community. Additionally, the Principal will work to promote academic excellence, enforce organizational policies, and ensure adherence to educational regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills to oversee all school operations and guide staff effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, staff members, and the community
• Experience in curriculum development, teacher performance evaluation, and school policy implementation
• Knowledge of educational regulations and guidelines, with a focus on fostering academic excellence
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, along with adaptability to manage changes within a school environment
• Master's degree in Education, School Administration, or a related field (highly preferred)
• Prior experience as a Principal or in a leadership role within an educational institution is an asset
