PIMS Engineers are responsible for integrating advanced technologies and streamlining processes to manage project deliverables efficiently. This mid-level role demands a strategic thinker with strong automation expertise, project management acumen, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable digital solutions. The engineer will also support project mobilization, ensure foundational systems are in place, and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Common Data Environment (CDE) Management. Ensure centralized, secure, and structured data management across all project phases. Project Mobilization & System Implementation. Support the setup and mobilization of new projects, ensuring foundational systems and processes are in place. Deploy new tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
