Primary Research Associate

Position Overview: The Junior/Senior Research Associate will primarily support our CATI research projects, focusing on conducting telephone interviews, managing team and data collection processes, and ensuring high-quality research outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CATI Projects: Oversee the design, implementation, and execution of CATI surveys, ensuring adherence to research protocols and objectives.

• Conduct CATI Surveys: Execute telephone interviews using CATI software to collect data from respondents in accordance with research protocols.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to CATI processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Data Management: Enter and manage data accurately in research databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with quality standards.

• Quality Assurance: Monitor and verify interview quality, addressing any issues or inconsistencies promptly.

• Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior researchers and interviewers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and development.

• Project Support: Collaborate with the research team to coordinate survey activities, track progress, and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in CATI research or telephone interviewing and with a proven track record in managing research projects and teams.

• Skills:

o Proficiency in CATI software and data management tools.

o Strong leadership and team management abilities.
