Pricing Specialist

Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process pricing requests from sales and operations teams for ocean freight (FCL/LCL) shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers, co-loaders, and agents to obtain competitive rates and negotiate terms.
• Drive with the sales for product growth and increase conversion ratio every month/quarter.
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to support strategic pricing decisions.
• Prepare quotations and ensure timely response to RFQs/RFPs.
• Maintain and update pricing databases, rate sheets, and carrier contracts.
• Ensure all pricing is aligned with company profitability goals and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, procurement) to provide end-to-end support.
• Monitor service levels, transit times, and surcharges to ensure optimal offerings.
• Support the implementation of pricing strategies for new trade lanes or services.
• Track quotation success rate and share feedback with relevant teams for improvement.
