Pricing Coordinator

As a Pricing Analyst at Hempel, your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate and complete price lists for customers within your designated geographical region. You will be tasked with analyzing price change requests from the sales and customer care teams to ensure compliance with pricing policies and structures. Additionally, you will assist in resolving missing price requests on customer contracts in alignment with company policies. Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with pricing managers and regional stakeholders to implement and manage customer agreements according to pricing policy. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities to streamline and standardize the pricing process to improve efficiency. Key tasks will include pricing implementation in the ERP system, translating customer RFQs into internal pricing formats, processing price deviation requests, preparing and maintaining reports on trade agreements, and updating customer master data. You will also be responsible for preparing datasets and executing mass updates in pricing and customer master data areas, as well as cooperating with IT on ERP system development. To excel in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or Business. Strong financial and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to structure, analyze, and communicate findings from large datasets in a timely manner. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required.
