Role Overview

As a Pricing Analyst, you will analyse pricing performance, design experiments, and support pricing decisions across products and categories. You will work closely with growth, performance marketing, and leadership teams to ensure pricing strategies are data-driven, competitive, and aligned with overall business objectives.

This is a hands-on role requiring both quantitative depth and strong commercial judgement.

Key ResponsibilitiesPricing and Commercial Strategy

• Review and optimise pricing across key products to improve revenue and gross margin
• Design and support A/B pricing experiments and evaluate results
• Conduct competitor and market pricing analysis
• Support discounting and promotion strategies with a focus on profitability

Data Analysis and Modelling

• Analyse sales, margin, and performance data to identify pricing opportunities
• Work with data from platforms such as Shopify and Google Ads
• Build, interpret, and communicate analytical or pricing models

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with performance marketing and growth teams on pricing-related initiatives
• Identify products or brands underperforming due to pricing or margin constraints and recommend corrective actions
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and support implementation

Candidate ProfileRequired Qualifications

• Graduate from an Indian Institute of Technology
• Strong academic record with a CGPA of 8.0 or above
• Experience in top-tier consulting or structured management roles with high performance expectations
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with Excel and data-driven analysis
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Willingness to work London time zone hours and extended hours when required

Preferred Experience

• Background in pricing, revenue management, analytics, or data science
• STEM or highly quantitative academic background
• Experience in fast-growing companies or high-pressure environments
• Ability to start at short notice
