Assets Monitoring: Understand the assets and keeps the track of assets, their condition, identification and disposal with right process and documentation. 6. Process Improvement and Innovation: Can identify the shortcomings in process like bottle neck. Can plan the countermeasure for the same in timely manner. New Project: Work closely with Project team to identify the project scope, plan for the fulfilment the requirement with focus on timeline and quality of products and processes 8.
