Presentation & Pitch Deck Specialist

We are looking for a visually creative and detail-oriented Presentation & Pitch Deck Specialist to transform raw content into high-impact pitch decks, investor presentations, infographics, and corporate PowerPoints. The ideal candidate has strong storytelling skills, a solid understanding of design hierarchy, and the ability to convert complex information into clear, compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pitch Deck & Presentation Creation

• Convert structured or unstructured content into high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
• Create investment/strategy decks, sales decks, and executive briefs with strong visual storytelling.
• Ensure clarity, logical flow, and consistent structure across slides.

2. Visual Design & Infographics

• Design infographics, diagrams, charts, and visual frameworks to simplify complex information.
• Develop custom slide layouts, icons, and design elements aligned with brand guidelines.

3. Brand & Aesthetic Quality Control

• Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, and overall visual style.
• Refresh and modernize existing presentations to enhance impact and readability.

4. Content Understanding & Interpretation

• Understand business, finance, and strategic concepts sufficiently to visualize them effectively.
• Collaborate with teams to refine messaging and presentation structure.

5. Tools & Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (mandatory).
• Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or Figma (one or more).
• Ability to create charts and dashboards using Excel or similar tools.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 2–6 years of experience in presentation design, pitch deck creation, or visual communication.
• Portfolio showcasing pitch decks, infographics, and corporate presentations.
• Strong grasp of design principles: typography, layout, color theory, and minimalism.

Soft Skills

• Strong visual storytelling abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Clear communication skills to understand requirements and present ideas effectively.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or corporate strategy.
• Understanding of financial concepts, business models, and data visualization.
• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,019.54 - ₹78,573.91 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
