Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Preschool Manager to become the cornerstone of our school's leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, and building strong relationships with our students, parents, and staff. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a deep understanding of early childhood education and a talent for combining operational excellence with a warm, child-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management: Oversee and manage all day-to-day activities of the preschool, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. This includes managing schedules, coordinating events, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of preschool teachers and support staff. Conduct regular staff meetings, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative and positive team culture.

Parent & Community Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents. Expertly handle all inquiries, from admissions to daily concerns, ensuring timely and compassionate communication. Build a strong sense of community through newsletters, parent-teacher meetings, and school events.

Admissions & Administration: Drive the admissions process by conducting school tours, managing enrolment paperwork, and effectively communicating our school's philosophy. Handle administrative duties, including record-keeping, inventory management, and budget oversight.

Curriculum Oversight: Ensure the effective implementation of our play-based curriculum. Work with teachers to guarantee that educational activities are age-appropriate, engaging, and supportive of each child's developmental needs.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Education, or a related field. A formal certification or diploma in ECE is highly preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a preschool or early learning setting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role (e.g., Team Lead, Coordinator, Assistant Manager).

Managerial Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in English.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
