Presales/Proposal Writer

Role Overview: You are an experienced Presales/Proposal Writer with a strong background in IT Staffing Industry proposals for the USA and Canada. Your role involves managing the entire proposal lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams, and creating client-specific pitch decks to support sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire proposal lifecycle, including RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, client presentations, and proposal documentation. - Work closely with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to develop strategic and customized proposal responses. - Research and analyse client requirements, ensuring proposals are aligned with business needs and industry best practices. - Develop and maintain proposal content libraries, case studies, and reusable templates. - Create client-specific pitch decks and presentations to support sales efforts. - Ensure compliance with client RFP guidelines and submission requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for proposals. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor proposals, and best practices in proposal writing. Qualification Required: - 5-7+ years of experience in presales and proposal writing within the IT Staffing industry (USA and Canada experience is mandatory). - Strong understanding of IT staffing, contingent workforce solutions, and global talent acquisition trends. - Proven track record in responding to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other procurement documents. - Hands-on experience with proposal presentation deck creation and customization. - Exposure to IT consulting, Statement of Work (SOW), and Time & Material (T&M) models is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with proposal management tools is a plus.
