Presales/Proposal Writer

You are an experienced Presales/Proposal Writer with 5-7+ years of experience in the IT Staffing Industry, specifically with a focus on proposals for the USA and Canada. You have a proven track record in end-to-end proposal writing and management, including responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. Your role is crucial in developing strategic and customized proposal responses by collaborating with sales, delivery, and leadership teams. As a Presales/Proposal Writer, your responsibilities include managing the entire proposal lifecycle, researching and analyzing client requirements, developing proposal content libraries, creating client-specific pitch decks, and ensuring compliance with client RFP guidelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for proposals and stay updated on market trends and competitor proposals. To excel in this role, you must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple proposals simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential, and experience with proposal management tools is a plus. Preferred skills for this position include experience working with large MSPs, VMS platforms, and enterprise clients, as well as strong analytical and storytelling abilities to create compelling, client-focused proposals.
