Presales Specialist

You will be working as a Pre-sales Specialist at startelelogic, a company dedicated to innovation in AI-driven technology and digital transformation. Your role will involve bridging technical and business needs by translating client requirements into impactful solution demos, RFPs, and strategic proposals to drive sales success. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Sales Teams to gather client requirements, proposing tailored technical solutions, delivering product demos and proof of concepts to showcase solution capabilities, preparing detailed technical documentation and solution architecture for RFPs/RFIs, acting as the primary technical advisor during pre-sales discussions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with client goals. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and competitors to enhance solution positioning and improve win rates. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales, a strong understanding of software/CCaaS/telecom products, the ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions, excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in preparing proposals, demos, and RFP/RFI responses, and experience working closely with sales, product, and tech teams.
