Presales Solutions Architect

As a Presales Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for analyzing and defining client business problems related to Integrated Solutions in IT Infra, including Server, Storage, Laptop, Desktop, Networking, and Security. Your role will involve a strong understanding of technologies such as Server Hardware, Networking, Storage technologies, Virtualization Technologies, and Information Security Management. You will work on RFP and BID in IT-System Integration, and maintain good connections with OEMs Partners like Dell, HP, and CISCO. Your expertise in Data Centre Disaster Recovery Infrastructure Solutions, Backup Solutions, and negotiation skills with Vendor/OEMs/Distributor will be crucial in providing technical business solutions encompassing hardware, software, network, and service components. Collaborating closely with Sales, you will ensure the successful closure of the sales process and propose solutions around equipment procurement, data center implementation, and LAN/WAN/WLAN implementation and management. You must be well-versed in Cisco networking technologies with exposure to SD-WAN and Cloud solutions, being proactive in issue resolution and risk mitigation in projects. Additionally, preparing sales proposals, training sales representatives, and working with vendors and customers on contracting are essential aspects of the role. Your ability to optimize customer solutions and network architecture, build custom solutions for network transformational projects, and keep customers updated on the latest technology from OEMs are key responsibilities. Your role will involve providing recommendations on Service Improvement Plans (SIP) to enhance business stability, assisting customers in technical discussions with OEMs, and showcasing excellent Presentation and consultative skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in managing the implementation of multiple projects simultaneously and hands-on implementation, along with 3 years of experience in solution designing, RFP, and solution designing.,
