Presales Manager (Real Estate)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our residential real estate division. This role is focused on closing property deals from the office by coordinating with clients virtually via calls, video meetings, and digital communication. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a strong track record in sales and the ability to build trust and rapport remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management & Conversion: Handle qualified leads generated by the marketing team, follow up proactively, and convert them into successful deals.
• Virtual Client Engagement: Communicate with prospective buyers through phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, and email to understand their requirements and pitch suitable residential properties.
• Sales Closures: Drive sales closures by guiding clients through the buying process, addressing objections, and negotiating terms.
• Coordination with Field Teams: Coordinate with on-site sales and operations teams for property visits, documentation, and post-sales activities.
• CRM Updates: Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, leads, and status in the CRM.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in real estate sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand and match client needs with appropriate property offerings
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
