Presales Lead

In this strategic role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to shape winning proposals and deliver compelling solutions across large and complex engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage RFQ, RFI, and RFP processes, ensuring high-quality and timely proposal submissions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, delivery, finance, and technology to align customer requirements with optimal solutions
Translate business needs into detailed solution architectures, SOWs, cost models, and pricing frameworks
Drive proposal reviews, bid strategy discussions, and customer presentations/demos with clarity and confidence
Ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency across all proposal artifacts

Key Requirements

10+ years of experience in Presales, Solutioning, or Bid Management within IT/Technology Services
Strong expertise in end-to-end proposal lifecycle management
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to work on complex, multi-service IT engagements
Experience working closely with sales and delivery leadership teams
