Role & responsibilities

Presales Lead

This role demands a strategic thinker who can partner closely with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to build tailored proposals and drive business growth through impactful presales engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Presales & Solution Design

  • Lead presales activities for staffing and MSP opportunities including requirement analysis, proposal creation, pricing, and solution presentation.
  • Collaborate with business development and delivery teams to design customized workforce solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Develop and present value propositions, business cases, and solution decks to prospective clients.
  • Create and manage proposal documentation (RFP/RFI/RFQ) with high quality and accuracy.

2. Business Development Support

  • Partner with BDMs to identify new business opportunities within enterprise and MSP ecosystems.
  • Translate client requirements into comprehensive and feasible staffing solutions.
  • Support the sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure through strong technical, operational, and commercial inputs.

3. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support solution positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with leadership to define go-to-market plans for MSP and enterprise staffing models.
  • Contribute to the creation of reusable proposal templates, case studies, and presentation assets.

4. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand workforce challenges and propose relevant solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across delivery, sales, and operations to ensure solution alignment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on staffing models, MSP structures, and workforce management practices.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 7+ years of experience in

    Presales, Business Development, or Solutioning

    within the

    staffing/recruitment

    industry.
  • Strong exposure to

    MSP / RPO / enterprise workforce

    models.
  • Excellent understanding of pricing models, proposal creation, and solution design.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work under tight timelines.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and commercial acumen.
