Job Description

Job Purpose (both Onsite / Offshore)

The Lead - Business Solutions (Presales) should have an experience of 5-8 years of experience in bid management and pre-sales support activities. Should be able to independently work on proposals, bid responses and provide support in sales support activities. The candidate should have excellent communication skills (both verbal & written), business analysis skills, and a good understanding of software development processes and latest technologies. The key areas where the candidate is required to work on include:

Presales and solutioning

o Evaluation of clients business requirements and solutioning

o Proposal/ bid response creation

o Coordination with internal/ external stakeholders

o Adherence to processes, timelines and quality guidelines

Sales Support

o Actively engage with sales personnel for business development

o Provide research support/ market intelligence to sales regions

o Provide support to nurture and close business opportunities

Marketing Support

o Create case studies, blogs, etc.

o Provide support for region/ domain events
