About the Role:

Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce WheelsEye products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and share relevant offerings.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and updated lead data in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to increase engagement and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, qualified leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in telesales, pre-sales, or customer support (freshers are welcome).

• MBA freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of sales concepts and customer interaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Hindi and basic English.
