Responsibilities: Must generate leads by calling and contacting the prospects/clients.Will be responsible for lead generation or site visits from given leads of residential-luxury properties.Meeting Weekly and Monthly Targets in Site visits.On-boarding of clients and servicing of existing ones on the platform.Handling Inbound and Outbound calls.Following up with Leads provided by various marketing campaigns and associations.Maintaining a database of clients in Software, following up with them on a regular basis.Responding to SMS & WhatsApp calls.Arranging and coordinating the meetings between the client and the sales team.
Candidate requirements:
2+ Years of relevant experience is a must in real estate sectors. Handful of Experience in calling and convincing prospects and converting into leads.Inter-departmental coordination.Possessing a sharp eye for detail on the lead follow-up.Good knowledge of MS Office.Good communication skills.A quick learner who is adaptable.Ability to build strong customer relationships..
