Key Responsibilities

? Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.

? Share a brief overview of TechPaathshala courses and offerings.

? Schedule appointments for detailed counselling sessions with academic counsellors.

? Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.

? Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and feedback using CRM tools. ?

Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for smooth handovers.

Requirements

? 0.6 3 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.

? Good communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).

? Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM tools.

? Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.

? Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
