➢ To attend to all customers enquiries( Inbound and Outbound) and provide
project information and required details as per the requirements of the client.➢ Outbound - Analyse the customer requirements even before initiating theconversation.➢ Qualify and update all the leads appropriately in Salesforce with requiredinformation.➢ To execute daily outbound calls as per the set target provided➢ Proactively communicate with the customers to build rapport, send projectdetails via email, whatsapp & for review/ feedback.➢ To probe & share maximum client information with Sales Manger ensuringsuccessful site visit & conversion➢ Update product knowledge in coordination with site offices on the projectprogress➢ Understanding of the Real Estate industry & the current competition➢ Achieve the set targets.➢ Provide accurate and timely reports, to monitor daily activities and KPI’s.➢ Understand and implement the quality parameters to deliver a high qualitycustomer service.➢ Enhance the competencies required by attending expos & events.➢ Gain knowledge of all projects and competition.
➢ Take up additional responsibilities.
