We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Presales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to engage and educate prospects about our property offerings. You will play a key role in converting leads into qualified prospects and supporting the sales team throughout the customer journey. Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Qualify potential customers through phone conversations, understanding their needs and intent. Present and explain project details, including amenities, pricing, floor plans, and location benefits, in a compelling and professional manner. Schedule and coordinate site visits, ensuring seamless handovers to the sales team. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system. Engage leads with regular follow-ups via calls, SMS, and email campaigns to maintain interest and build trust. Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion rates. Provide constructive feedback on customer interactions to enhance sales pitches and campaign strategies. Requirements: 2 to 7 years of experience in presales, telecalling, or customer service (real estate industry preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil (proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage). Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A persuasive, customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
