Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Presales Associate to join our real estate team. The Presales Associate will play a crucial role in managing inbound and outbound calls, handling digital leads from various platforms, and supporting the presales team in delivering tailored solutions to clients. This role will require a strong focus on lead follow-up activities and ensuring effective communication with potential customers, contributing to the overall sales goals Manage inbound/outbound calls for digital leads via Salesforce and ensure timely follow-ups for conversions. Provide clients with accurate property info, schedule site visits, and maintain engagement through the sales cycle. Log all lead interactions and updates in Salesforce to ensure seamless tracking and follow-through. Collaborate with the presales team to align on lead status, feedback, and client needs. Stay updated on real estate trends to guide clients toward suitable property options. Monitor team performance, track conversions, and assist in reporting key metrics to leadership. Ensure customer issues are promptly addressed with professionalism, escalating when required.
