The Presales Executive will be responsible for daily tasks such as making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, providing customer support, and executing sales strategies. The role involves identifying customer needs, offering appropriate solutions, maintaining customer databases, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Proficient in Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Strong Customer Support skills Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle customer queries Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications is a plus Previous experience in real estate or related field is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9779772763
