Presales Executive

We are currently expanding our team and looking for energetic and articulate professionals to join us in our Pre-Sales vertical.

Role Overview:

As a Pre-Sales Executive / Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads, provide detailed project information, and nurture them through the initial stages of their home-buying journey.

Experience : 6 months - 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and attend inbound inquiries from prospective clients.
• Initiate and maintain engaging conversations to understand client requirements.
• Present project details clearly, including location, specifications, pricing, and key USPs.
• Manage leads from the first interaction through to site visit coordination and handover to the sales team.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, maintain records, and update CRM systems regularly.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Telugu is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A confident, courteous, and customer-first approach.
• Prior experience in real estate, telecalling is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
