Job Description

Role & responsibilities Outbound Calling: Make 200-250 calls per day to prospective customers. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential buyers who are actively looking for properties. Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property recommendations. Data Management: Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions and update leads in the CRM system. Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with potential buyers to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead conversion. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 1-4 years in telesales, presales, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills are welcome Education: Any graduate or equivalent qualification. Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle high-volume calls and engage customers effectively. Basic knowledge of real estate trends is a plus.
