We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to support our Business Development (BD) team across the entire sales pipeline from prospecting and lead qualification to meeting coordination and deal support. This role is critical in ensuring a strong pipeline of high-quality leads and smooth coordination between prospects and the BD team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and a strong communicator with a passion for driving sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect Identification :
  • Research and identify potential clients that align with the companys products, services, and target market.
  • Utilize online tools, databases, and industry platforms to build prospect lists.

2. Lead Qualification

  • Evaluate inbound and outbound leads to determine sales-readiness and business fit.
  • Engage with prospects to gather initial information and ensure alignment with sales criteria.

3. Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule and confirm meetings between qualified leads and Business Development representatives.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and seamless coordination to reduce no-shows and delays.

4. Sales Support

  • Provide the BD team with background research and client insights before meetings.
  • Assist in drafting client briefs, proposals, and follow-up communication as needed.

5. Lead Management

  • Maintain and update lead records, interactions, and status changes in CRM or lead tracking tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates to support reporting and analytics.

6. Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to align lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with BD team to refine qualification criteria and feedback on lead quality.

7. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report on KPIs including number of leads generated, qualification rates, meeting success rate, and conversion metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving lead generation and sales processes.
