Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through lead generation activities such as telecalling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the real estate industry trends, market conditions, and client needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activity using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in presales or inside sales role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and current trends.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with potential clients.
