Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Executive, located in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation, qualifying potential buyers, and assisting clients through the property buying process. Daily responsibilities include responding to requests for proposals (RFP), managing client interactions, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. You will also support the sales team in achieving their targets.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Lead Generation and RFP preparation to identify and engage potential clients effectively
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and provide top-tier client experiences
Proficiency in Sales techniques, including the ability to support the sales team in converting leads into successful transactions
Confidence in networking and presenting real estate solutions to diverse clients
Experience in the real estate industry is advantageous but not mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
