Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive with a minimum of 0–2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, nurturing leads, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable projects.
• Nurture and qualify leads from marketing campaigns and digital platforms.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM/database with lead information and follow-ups.
• Provide detailed project information to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion and meeting targets.
• Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to improve lead quality.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate/Marketing background preferred).
• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, inside Real Estate experience is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).
• Strong client handling and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented personality.
