Job Description

  • Proactively call and engage new leads as well as nurture existing leads in the database
  • Maintain accurate, real-time updates of lead status and interactions in Salesforce
  • Develop and execute systematic follow-up strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Generate weekly reports on lead activity, conversion metrics, and pipeline status
  • Coordinate site visits and walkthroughs for interested prospects
  • Gather and document customer requirements and feedback to support the sales team
    Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in telesales or real estate pre-sales
  • Fluent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Bachelors degree (any discipline)
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Self-motivated with excellent follow-up and organisational skills
